产品介绍
SS40F增强、经济型数字霍尔效应传感器是小型多功能的数字式霍尔效应元件，由永磁体或者电磁体所提供的磁场进行工作。这些产品的设计可保证对各种温度范围内的磁变化提供一定程度的补偿。双极磁性材料能对交替的北磁极和南磁极作出响应。内置调节器可在4.5Vdc至24Vdc电源电压范围之外提供稳定的操作，内电路系统能防止电源电压极性因意外而颠倒时对传感器造成的损害。这种集电极开路的电流沉输出电压可与各种电子电路方便连接。SS40F出厂测试温度为25℃，SS40G出厂测试温度为25℃和125℃。

The Honeywell APS00B is a miniature SMT sensor for linear, angular, or rotary displacement designed for magnetic saturating field sensing. The Honeywell VF401 is a high perbance, digital, 2-wire, MR sensor in a miniature, flat, TO-92-style plastic package with a current output, designed for sensing fine pitch ring magnets. The Honeywell VF526DT has 2 Hall sensing elements in a thermoset molding material precisely located 1, 4mm apart on a single integrated circuit chip. 2 active Hall latches provide speed and direction indication of an alternating magnetic field across the face of the package.
